Security Support Officer – Full Time

Pay Rate: £12.43 - £13.21 ph (site related pay)

We are seeking a professional and reliable front‑of‑house Security Support Officer to join our team. This is a full‑time position with ongoing support and opportunities for development within a leading security company. As a Security Support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of the site, staff, and visitors. You'll provide a visible presence, have great customer‑service skills, monitor CCTV and respond to incidents when required.

• Provide a visible and reassuring security presence
• Ensure the safety and security of staff, visitors, and property
• Monitor CCTV systems and respond to alarms
• Control access and manage visitors on site
• Write clear and accurate incident and daily reports

• Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and reliable
• Professional, punctual, and customer‑focused
• Driving licence and own vehicle essential
