Security support officer – Full Time.

Location:

Stafford, Stoke on Trent, Lichfield. Pay Rate: £12.43 – £13.21ph (site related pay). Shift Pattern: days, nights, weekends.

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and reliable front of house Security support Officer to join our team.

This is a full‑time position, ongoing support, and opportunities for development within a leading security company.

As a Security support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of the site, staff, and visitors.

You’ll provide a visible presence, have great customer service skills, monitor CCTV, and respond to incidents when required.

• Provide a visible and reassuring security presence
• Ensure the safety and security of staff, visitors, and property
• Monitor CCTV systems and respond to alarms
• Control access and manage visitors on site
• Write clear and accurate incident and daily reports

• Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and reliable
• Professional, punctual, and customer‑focused
  
  Driving license and own vehicle is essential
