As a Sales Executive, you'll handle pre-qualified enquiries, fact-find, and recommend the most suitable financial solution. This is a consultative sales role where performance, resilience, and strong closing skills are key. Work closely with clients, guide them to the right solution, and hit ambitious targets within a supportive, high-energy team.

Key Responsibilities Speak with clients actively seeking financial solutions Conduct detailed assessments of income, expenditure, and debt Present and sell appropriate debt or car finance solutions Confidently handle objections and close sales Maintain accurate records and comply with all standards Hit and exceed personal and team sales targets What We're Looking For 1-2 years' experience in sales, ideally within debt solutions, IVA, or car finance Strong consultative sales and closing skills Target-driven, resilient, and results-focused Confident on the phone with excellent communication skills Ethical, client-focused, and compliant What's on Offer Competitive basic salary Uncapped commission with OTE £65,000 Clear career progression opportunities Free on-site parking and modern office environment Supportive, ambitious, high-performing team culture Ongoing training to develop your career Working Hours Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 7:00pm Friday: 10:00am – 2:00pm Immediate start available
