Salary – £27,000 basic (£42,000 OTE)

Role SummaryAs a Business Development Executive you will assist customers through the purchase of their vehicle, handling incoming enquiries, making prospective calls, and managing the journey up to vehicle handover. You will re‑engage with customers to ensure retention, advise them on vehicle choices and accessory products, and build rapport to identify their needs, delivering an exceptional customer experience using our company’s established voice.
Responsibilities- Proactively source new business and sectors.
- Practice problem‑solving and consultative selling methodology.
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Maintain product knowledge and apply it to customer needs.
- Use a BANT sales methodology to qualify customers.
- Proactively manage customer accounts.
- Accurately enter record details into in‑house CRM.
- Produce quotes and sale control documents.
- Use social media (e.g., Linked In) to generate opportunities for yourself and the company.
- Maximise revenue opportunities.
- Hold a full UK driving licence (D1 class advantageous but not essential).
- 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays).
- Possibility to opt in to the 9‑day fortnight after the probation period.
- Invitation to the company pension scheme.
- Input on company operations through the Staff Liaison Committee.
