What you’ll actually be doing- Chat with customers and understand what they want (not just what they asked for)
- Arrange the best rate finance options based on their circumstance
- Help them choose the perfect car from thousands available online
- Turn enquiries into excited customers collecting their new car
- You’re not selling…You’re helping someone drive away happier than when they called.
- Enjoy talking — confidence matters more than experienc
- Like targets, competition and earning big mone
- Want a fast-paced environment where no two calls are the sam
- Work well in a young, high-energy team
- £25,000 - £30,000 basic salary (based on experience)
- Uncapped commission – Top earners are OTE £75k+
- Quarterly bonus scheme
