What You’ll Do

  • Handle new business enquiries — both inbound and outbound — providing expert advice and tailored insurance solutions.
  • Conduct thorough fact-finds and present clear, compliant recommendations aligned with customer needs.
  • Manage mid-term adjustments (MTAs) efficiently, maintaining complete and auditable records.
  • Lead renewal processes
    , reviewing suitability, re-marketing policies, and ensuring customers receive fair value and continuity of cover.
  • Consistently uphold FCA standards and the Consumer Duty
    , delivering the best possible customer outcomes.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and partners through field appointments and industry events
    .
  • Maintain accurate MI and system records, sharing insights to help improve customer experience and product offerings.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in commercial or motor trade insurance (road risk and/or combined policies).
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for field appointments.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills with a confident, professional telephone manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail and written communication.
  • Working knowledge of FCA compliance and Consumer Duty requirements.
  • A proactive, honest, and resilient attitude — with a passion for doing right by the customer.
