Parts Sales Advisor – Stoke at Guest Motor Group

The Group operates out of 13 depots across the East Midlands, West Midlands, North Wales, Cambridgeshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire and South Yorkshire, providing all automotive services from initial sale to the complete care and management of entire fleets.

9:00 am – 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week plus 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.

• Deal with customers promptly and exceed customer expectations, both face‑to‑face and via telephone.
• Organise and prioritise work effectively to achieve targets in a timely and efficient manner.
• Set high standards for self and others; work effectively in partnership with all colleagues; support actions that secure achievement of team objectives.
• Maintain excellent organisational skills in a customer‑service environment.

• Prior knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Experience with accounting and payment processes, including invoicing and payment collection.
• Computer‑literate (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent administration skills.
• Enthusiastic, approachable, and customer‑service driven.
• Outstanding organisational skills.
• Good, clear telephone manner.
• Strive to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
