We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic candidates with the ability to work well within a challenging environment, and who can deliver high quality patient care from an either/both Anaesthetic and Scrub skill set. We promote a dual role workforce in our theatre department.
In turn, we can offer you a structured preceptorship and induction programme for all new members of staff, plus access to on‑going continuing professional education and development, appraisal and clinical supervision.
We have vacancies for a full‑time and part‑time member of staff. We have a wide range of shifts available and we cover both elective Neuro surgery and emergency Trauma and Neuro surgery sessions over 7 days a week / 24 hours a day (at Royal Stoke).

We are very keen to recruit Scrub & Anaesthetic Practitioners; all Nurses and ODPs are welcome to apply. Ideally we are looking for experienced theatre team members, but we welcome applications from newly qualified staff or new to theatres who can demonstrate a keen interest in joining our team. Any students who qualify in the next 3 to 6 months are encouraged to apply.
You will gain a wide range of experience and can expand your skills and knowledge in this challenging and rewarding environment.
