Assist the Events Lead in planning, coordinating, and delivering hospice and third-party fundraising events Provide excellent supporter care, responding to enquiries promptly and professionally to build strong relationships Promote local, national, and international challenge events to recruit participants and maximise fundraising income Manage event administration, including registrations, communications, database updates, post-event follow-up, and sending fundraising materials Support on-the-day event delivery, ensuring health and safety and a positive experience for participants and volunteers (including some evenings and weekends) Coordinate and transport event materials, merchandise, and equipment Work with the communications team to promote events across digital and print channels Maintain accurate participant data and communications in Raisers Edge Contribute ideas for new events and help review event performance
