The role is to support the delivery of Our client's integrated global communications strategy through the use of social media.
Our client is a registered charity and through its fund raising efforts help people in difficult environments. This can be people in areas that have been effected buy war or alternatively people that are suffering with poverty.
To be responsible for building the online communities through the charity’s social media profiles including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, You Tube, Linked In, Snapchat and You Tube, to help raise the international profile of the charity and build meaningful relationships with donors, volunteers, key influencers, the media and other target audiences.
To manage the charity’s organic and paid social media activity to increase reach, brand awareness, encourage interaction, increase social conversions and engagement with our fans / followers. To monitor and evaluate social media performance using Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Facebook Ad Manager and each platform’s individual analytical dashboards, sharing and presenting results and insights across the charity, including campaign performance, key trends and competitor benchmarking in order to deliver short and long term improvements based on key learnings.
Experience- Minimum of 3 years’ experience fulfilling a similar role – social media marketing, social media account / community management
- A proven track record in delivering and optimising organic and paid social campaigns that meet or exceed the agreed KPIs.
- Demonstrate an in-depth practical knowledge of Paid Social best practice, Optimisation Framework, Account Structure, Bidding Strategy, Targeting types, and their application to campaigns to generate a high standard of delivery.
- Considerable paid social media buying experience
- Extensive experience in multi-channel social advertising
- Experience working on and optimising direct response and eCommerce campaigns
- You will have knowledge of native advertising platforms on Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, etc and understand best practice guidelines for maximising advertising budgets.
- Proven experience of writing social media communications and content creation within specific brand guidelines and tone of voice, across a range of platforms.
- Previous experience in the charity sector is desirable.
- Experience in managing blogger / influencer projects.
- Experience of social listening and identifying valuable information to feedback into the business.
- Experience in social customer relationship management (social CRM)
- Experience with managing social media budgets.
