Vein Centre is the UK’s largest and most established private clinic network dedicated to the treatment of varicose veins, facial thread veins and venous leg ulcers. With over 40 clinics nationwide, we provide expert, minimally invasive laser treatments that help people feel confident, comfortable, and ready for anything.

We’re now looking for a smart, creative and commercially‑mindful Marketing Manager – CRM to join our small team at our Head Office in Stoke on Trent. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of our database reactivation strategy and patient communication journey and make a real impact on business performance.

The Role

As Marketing Manager – CRM
, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the full patient communication journey – from initial enquiry through to post‑treatment care – with a particular focus on acquisition lead nurture, database reactivation and conversion.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales
, and you’ll work closely with our Sales team to align communications with commercial goals. You’ll use insight, empathy, and technical skill to develop email and SMS CRM journeys that are not only relevant and engaging but also drive results.

We’re a small, dynamic team, and you will have sole responsibility for CRM. This means you’ll need to be hands‑on, proactive, and confident working independently at times, as well as with support from our digital marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute CRM workflows and campaigns that move leads efficiently through the funnel.
  • Own and manage the end‑to‑end patient communication journey, with a strong focus on automated and triggered email and SMS lead nurture and conversion.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure CRM strategy supports pipeline growth and clinic bookings.
  • Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build, manage, and optimise communications.
  • Own reporting of all campaigns and bring to life campaign insight, results and next steps clearly for the marketing team and the wider business.
  • Segment audiences and personalise journeys using behavioural, demographic, and commercial data.
  • Develop purposeful, patient‑first messaging that builds trust and drives action.
  • Monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests, and make data‑driven optimisations and develop on‑going tactical campaigns to re‑engage our database.
  • Work closely with the Operations and Clinic teams to continually evolve patient journey communications and create collateral that supports the brand and reassures and engages patients throughout their treatment journey.
  • Identify new opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and retention at every stage.
  • Balance creativity with commercial thinking – your work should not only feel good but perform.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in a marketing & CRM role, ideally in a healthcare or experience brand environment.
  • Someone that thrives working at pace, and within a target‑driven marketing team.
  • Commercially aware, and genuinely interested in helping people through clear, timely communication.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools – Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is useful but not essential.
  • Excellent collaboration skills – you understand the value of working closely with Sales and Operations and aligning on goals.
  • A strong grasp of lead nurture strategies and behaviour‑driven marketing.
  • Clear, confident communicator with the ability to write purpose‑led, human‑centred messaging and the ability to turn that into marketing campaigns and collateral.
  • A balanced creative and analytical mindset – comfortable coming up with ideas as well as interpreting data and using it to shape decisions.
  • Self‑starter who thrives in a small, agile team and enjoys taking ownership of their work.
  • Bright, positive, can‑do, energetic and a joy to work with!
Why Join Us?
  • Be part of a mission‑led organisation transforming people’s lives through cutting edge treatments.
  • Own your work and make a measurable impact on both customer experience and business performance.
  • Work as part of a small, dynamic and high‑performing team in a fast‑moving and commercial environment.
  • Competitive salary and benefits.
  • Flexible/hybrid working available – although as a people business we love to be in the office 3 to 4 days a week.
