Radan Programmer​/Estimator

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Radan Programmer / Estimator based in Stoke-on-Trent. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying CNC programs using RADAN software, preparing cost estimates for sheet metal projects, and collaborating with the production and sales teams to deliver accurate and timely job specifications. Additional duties may include optimizing material usage, ensuring compliance with technical drawings, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.

• Experience in Programming Punch & Laser Machines
• Experience of CAD/CAM programming, ideally with Radan Software.
• Required to produce 3D component-part models from customer drawings using the latest Radan/Space claim Software.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and RADAN software is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and provide accurate cost estimations
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills
• A background in engineering or manufacturing is advantageous
• A relevant degree, diploma, or certifications in programming.
