Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Our client is a manufacturing business who is expanding, they have created a new role to support the Management team and their dynamic manufacturing facility based in Stoke on Trent. As Production Analyst you will be responsible for taking detail and data from the factory and turning that into actionable information that will allow continuous improvement of efficiency and productivity of the factory.
This role requires someone who is very confident within Excel and who can manipulate data to present it into readable and understandable documentation and be capable of analysing production metrices effectively and efficiently.
Job Description for the Production Analyst role:
Monitor and communicate key information from production schedules
Analyse large dataset to extract useful information to identify patterns
Communicate findings in a presentable format to various stakeholders including director level
Assess the operational efficiency of different production operations to establish areas for improvement
Management of KPIs and reporting documents Candidate Requirements for the Production Analyst:
Outstanding proficiency in Excel
Comfortable with large data sets and capable of generating presentable information
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Analytical thinking and approach to problem solving.
Methodical & structured approach to tasks
Able to produce professional and grammatically correct correspondence
Have a positive and problem-solving attitude to all challenges This role is commutable from:
Stafford, Stone, Leek, Newcastle under Lyme, Cheadle, Uttoxeter
This role would suit candidates with the following experience:
Manufacturing Analyst, Production Planner, Production Coordinator, Operations Analyst, Production Support Analyst
Hours:
Monday – Friday: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm or anything in between, 37 hours per week
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Per Annum DOE
