Salary: £25k to £26,300

Employment type: Full-Time (37 Hours), permanent (Monday to Thursday 7.30 - 4.45 pm and every other Friday 7.30‑11.30 pm)

Location: Stoke‑on‑Trent, Staffordshire (Head Office, Knypersley)

As a coach builder in our production team, you will be integral to the company’s growth plans. We specialise in converting Peugeot Boxer and Vauxhall Movano panel vans into minibuses, including fully accessible models with on‑board or underfloor lifts and electric steps, as well as electric and high‑quality used vans. Your responsibilities will include window and seat fitting, and you will be trained on fitting heaters and other devices.

Other skills that may prove useful include joinery, carpet trimming, or general engineering/sheet metalwork. You should have good hand‑to‑eye coordination, be proficient with hand tools, and be a hard‑working team player capable of producing work to a high standard with strong attention to detail.
