Overview
Shop floor Foreman – CNC Building Materials
Location:
Stoke, Staffordshire
Remuneration: £25,000 + bonus
Schedule:
Monday-Friday (08:30-17:00)

- Assisting with supervising the production for a high end range of building boards and facades materials
- Ensuring health & safety compliance, delivering toolbox talks, managing inductions and training
- Creating schedules, assigning daily tasks, supporting operatives with issues
- Overseeing workflow, checking quality, ensuring deadlines are met
- Operating, maintaining, and repairing machinery; managing tooling and consumables
- Communicating updates to management and handling customer or operative concerns
- Must have 2+ years CNC experience
- Ideally will have experience supervising small teams
- Must have a personable personality
- Must be an excellent communicator and leader
- Strong health and safety background
- Proactive, motivated, and highly organised
