Aboutthe Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Organisational Development (OD), Culture and Inclusion team within the People Directorate. We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills to support a wide range of programmes, events, and projects that shape our culture and values.
In this role, you will help coordinate leadership development initiatives, wellbeing and engagement activities, and corporate events, while also providing essential support for recognition schemes and organisational projects. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth delivery, accurate reporting, and effective stakeholder engagement, contributing to a positive and inclusive working environment across the organisation.
You will be joining a passionate and dedicated OD, Culture & Inclusion team committed to developing our most valued asset – our people. Together, we deliver innovative interventions across culture development, leadership and management, team effectiveness, colleague engagement, and wellbeing, all while proudly living the Trust Values.
Responsibilities- Coordinate leadership development initiatives.
- Coordinate wellbeing and engagement activities.
- Coordinate corporate events.
- Provide essential support for recognition schemes and organisational projects.
- Ensure smooth delivery of programmes, projects, and initiatives that support the People Strategy.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the OD, Culture and Inclusion team.
- Coordinate training and leadership programmes.
- Maintain accurate records within the Trust’s Oracle Learning Management System (OLM).
- Generate a wide range of training reports.
- Ensure accurate reporting and effective stakeholder engagement.
