Days – Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Company Pension Service Manager Role:
You will be managing a Service department with a team of experienced Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors, Administration, Parts department and drivers.
Smooth and efficient running of the service department
Controlling spend and overseeing department budgets
Drive customer service
Monitoring KPIs
Driving the team, support and training

Service Manager Requirements:
Must have at least 3+ years experience as a Service Manager/ Aftersales Manager at a main dealer or a used car dealership
Main dealership experience is extremely beneficial but not essential
Strong Management & Interpersonal skills
Full UK driving license
