  Stoke on Trent Self-Employed Role We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage off-loading operations on construction sites in the Stoke on Trent area.

This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who works well in fast‑paced site environments and can lead teams while maintaining high safety and performance standards.

£130 per day, 5 days per week, 0.25p per mile after the first 30 miles. Must have own vehicle and be willing to travel.

• Plan and coordinate daily off-loading activities
• Supervise teams unloading kitchens, appliances, and materials
• Liaise with site teams and drivers to ensure smooth operations
• Conduct site checks to maintain safety and compliance standards
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently
• Monitor attendance and performance
• Deliver toolbox talks and support training of new team members
• Ensure all jobs are completed with photographic evidence

• Previous experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role (construction preferred)
• Strong organisational and people management skills
• CSCS card (essential)
• Own car and willingness to travel
• Reliable, safety‑focused, and proactive
