Team Leader Insurance 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract Manchester City Centre Monday Friday | 9:00am5:30pm At DMD Partners , we are proud to be partnering with a highly reputable and well-established insurance organisation based in prestigious offices in Manchester City Centre. We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join the business on a 12-month fixed-term contract, leading a team of five within a fast-paced, professional environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated people leader with an insurance background who thrives on driving performance, improving processes, and developing high-performing teams. The Opportunity This role will see you taking full ownership of team performance, ensuring KPIs are achieved while maintaining exceptional operational and customer service standards. You will play a key role in coaching, mentoring and developing your team, creating a positive and high-accountability culture.

Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop a team of 5 Drive performance against KPIs and service level targets Conduct regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews and annual appraisals Manage performance improvement plans and employee development Produce, analyse and present management reporting Ensure compliance with insurance and regulatory standards Maintain high operational efficiency and customer service quality About You Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor Insurance industry experience (essential) Strong track record of managing and improving KPIs Confident conducting formal appraisals and performance management Comfortable producing and analysing management reports Professional, organised and people-focused A proactive leader who leads by example Whats on Offer Competitive salary Bonus scheme Pension On-site gym Monday Friday working hours (9:00am5:30pm) Modern, prestigious Manchester City Centre offices If you are an experienced insurance professional ready to step into a leadership role, or an established Team Leader looking for your next contract opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
