University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust (UHNM) is a large teaching hospital serving over 3 million people across two sites – Royal Stoke Hospital and County Hospital in Stafford.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Operational Services Manager within the Respiratory, Gastroenterology and Infectious Diseases Directorate, working closely with the Clinical Director, Directorate Manager and senior leadership team.

• Support the team in ensuring that national and local targets are delivered.
• Assist with the management of complaints and deputise for the senior leadership team where necessary.

• Excellent inter‑personal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to forge and maintain relationships.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload, finding solutions quickly.
• Motivation to develop professionally within a management role.
