Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Operational Services Manager within the Respiratory, Gastroenterology and Infectious Diseases Directorate, working closely with the Clinical Director, Directorate Manager and senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team in ensuring that national and local targets are delivered.
  • Assist with the management of complaints and deputise for the senior leadership team where necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Excellent inter‑personal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to forge and maintain relationships.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload, finding solutions quickly.
  • Motivation to develop professionally within a management role.
