HMCTS is the Ministry of Justice agency responsible for crime, civil and family courts. The CTSC delivers services across several jurisdictions.

Lead day‑to‑day operations, oversee case administration, customer contact management and other administrative functions across one or more sites. Lead a team of at least three Service Delivery Managers.

• Manage and improve service performance, establish consistent service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to deliver organisational objectives.
• Line‑manage a minimum of three Service Delivery Managers, inspire and engage teams.
• Deploy resources within allocated budgets.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders – user groups, judiciary, regional and service partners.
• Ensure cross‑jurisdictional delivery and coordination.

• Motivates and supports a team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Experience in an administrative, customer‑focused environment.
• IT proficient, capable of learning new technologies.
• Excellent communication, organisational and prioritisation skills.

Standard full‑time hours are 37 per week. Minimum of 30 hours per week. Hybrid working is available subject to business needs.
