We're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a busy workshop team and oversee the production and installation. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll balance time with office‑based planning and coordination, overseeing risk assessment, HSE standards and work‑safe environments are being met. You'll play a key part in ensuring projects run smoothly from order through to installation, maintaining exceptional standards of quality and on‑time delivery.

• Proven experience in Manufacturing
• Strong leadership skills with a hands‑on approach
• Ability to manage workflow from sales order to installation
• Confident communicator with problem‑solving skills across multiple stakeholders
• Skilled in resource planning and production coordination

• Manage day‑to‑day workshop operations, scheduling, and resource planning
• Act as the link between customer contact, design, and installation teams
• Ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery across all projects
• Oversee client‑specific requirements such as colours, specifications, and delivery schedules
• Lead and support a team of skilled joiners, fostering a positive and productive environment
