Permanent - Monday to Friday - Salary DOE

HR Advisor to join our Head Office team.

A wide ranging generalist role with ownership of specific areas, this is a great opportunity to join a team where you can make a noticeable impact.

Permanent position working Monday to Friday

• 37.5 hours per week
• Bank holidays off and extended Christmas break

The Role:

• Provide HR advice to managers on a range of HR operational issues.
• Take ownership of all recruitment and branding activities.
• Be able to assess candidates based on qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.
• Be informed on market trends and competitor activity.
• Manage an employee relations casework relating to disciplinary, grievance, investigations, absence and welfare.
• Busy with changing priorities there's lots to get involved in.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven experience of partnering with line managers.
• High standard of literacy and exceptional eye for detail.
• Fantastic organisation and time management skills.
• Exceptional customer service and a can do attitude.
• A level of experience meaning that you will be able to make a noticeable contribution immediately.
• With three businesses and a headcount of around 400, experience in similar businesses would be advantageous.
