THE ROLE Manage the onboarding process to deliver professional and positive new starter experience Maintain and manage employee records and HR systems, including holiday, training and benefit records, ensuring Excel trackers and SharePoint documentation are accurate Support key HR processes such as probation reviews, appraisals and training activities Provide first-line support on areas within remit, escalating to Head of HR where appropriate Support internal communication initiatives such as newsletters, events and surveys
