Moorlands Rehabilitation at Harewood Park is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our dedicated night nursing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a specialist rehabilitation service supporting adults with enduring mental health conditions, mild learning disabilities, and acquired brain injuries.

Our goal is to help each individual progress towards greater independence and achieve their personal recovery goals.

As the Night Nurse, you will take lead nurse responsibility during your shift, ensuring high clinical standards and a safe, supportive environment throughout the night.

• Acting as lead nurse on shift
• Guiding and supporting the wider care team
• Delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care
• Administering prescribed medications safely and effectively
• Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and responding appropriately to clinical needs
• Maintaining a calm, therapeutic night-time environment
• Completing audits, care plan reviews, and risk assessments as required
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and providing clear handovers

• NMC Registered Nurse (RMN, RNLD, or RGN)
• Relevant nursing experience (mental health or rehabilitation desirable)
• Strong clinical judgement and confident decision‑making skills
• Calm, compassionate, and professional approach
• Ability to lead, supervise, and support colleagues during night shifts
