Nutrition Support Worker

£12.41 per hour (£25,000.00 per annum)

Up to 30hrs per week available.

Service:
Shelton Care – Regent Road.

The support worker role is exciting and varied and will include:

• Provide quality support where you listen, discuss and plan individuals’ goals and ambitions.
• Provide person‑centred support.
• Support dietitians by managing food service logistics.
• Assist with personal care that will include mealtimes and medication.
• Encourage and empower those we support to be independent in everyday life.
• Assist patients with meal choices.
• Track intake.
• Maintain hygiene.
• Handle records for hospitals or community settings, focusing on ensuring patients/clients receive appropriate diets.
• Manage food‑related tasks like ordering, storage, and sanitation.
