Position: Triage Admin: NHS Call & Patient Care Support
Location: Stoke-on-Trent

A regional healthcare trust is seeking a Triage Administrator to join their LAP Call Handling Team in Stoke-on-Trent. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for queries, providing high-quality customer service and handling referrals efficiently. Key skills include excellent communication, compassion, and patience, particularly when dealing with distressed patients. The ideal candidate will have GCSE English and some NHS experience.

This position is offered on a 6-month fixed term contract.
