Overview
North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare are looking to recruit a fixed term, part time (22.5 hours per week, 9am-5pm Tuesday to Thursday), Band 3 Administrator to cover maternity leave to support the Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent NHS Talking Therapies Service based at the Hope Centre in Hanley.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be part of a team responsible for providing an efficient administrative service across the NHS Talking Therapies Service, providing seamless customer service to both internal and external customers. The role will work flexibly across the Portfolio, while holding a primary assignment. The role involves working with Talking Therapies clinicians, telephone and face to face contact with clients.
QualificationsIdeally you will have experience of working in a health care setting and be familiar with a range of software packages. The role involves extensive telephone work with professionals and clients, therefore you will have good communication skills.
