Team Leader - Complex Care; Brain Injury

Overview

We're recruiting an experienced Team Leader to oversee a dedicated care team supporting a 40-year-old gentleman living with a traumatic brain injury following a road traffic accident. You'll lead a consistent team of 10-12 staff providing 24-hour care (days and waking nights), ensuring high standards of support, team coordination, and training alongside our clinical team.

• Proven experience supporting clients with acquired/traumatic brain injury (ABI/TBI).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to person-centred, consistent care.
• Customer service orientation with a passion to succeed and a proven track record of experience within this specialist area of healthcare at home.
• You will be fully supported by our Clinical Leads, who are on hand to support and work with all employees within the business to ensure high standards of care and professional development.

• Excellent rates of pay with night and weekend enhancements plus special bank holiday rates.
