Shelton Care Day services is a part of National Care Group . Our two dedicated centres in Stoke-on-Trent provide young people with a person-centred activity plan that focuses on creating opportunities to develop social, emotional, communication and independent living skills.

With an outstanding local reputation for providing quality support, our services are available up to seven days a week at flexible times to suit the needs and choices of the young adults and their families.

The support worker role is exciting and varied that will include:

  • Provide quality support where you will listen, discuss and plan individuals goals and ambitions.
  • Provide person-centred support
  • Assist with personal care that will include mealtimes and medication.
  • Encourage and empower those we support to be independent in their everyday lives!
