Responsibilities
- Dispense systemic anti‑cancer therapy (SACT) using both electronic pharmacy systems and electronic prescribing.
- Receive orders and handle stock control, including stock‑taking, completing expiry‑date checks, and undertaking top‑of‑ward stock.
- Support out‑patient ward at County site and patients collecting medication directly from the pharmacy department.
- Maintain accurate and timely medication supply as part of the Cancer Pharmacy Team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing demands.
- Ability to work accurately and under pressure.
- Commitment to providing a high‑quality patient‑focused service.
Full competency training will be provided to support your development.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Cancer Pharmacy Team to support and assist the supply of medication to this speciality.
