A public service provider in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking an Advanced/Senior Practitioner to support adolescents in their transition to adulthood. In this role, you will lead the Pathway Planning process, provide high-quality guidance, and contribute to team development. The ideal candidate will have a Social Work qualification, at least 3 years of experience, and the ability to build positive relationships with adolescents and families.
This position offers up to £33.30 per hour with a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.
