We are supporting an exciting, fast-growing organisation based in Stoke-on-Trent, known for its innovation, high performance, and vibrant culture. As the business continues to scale, we are looking to appoint a high-calibre FP&A Analyst who will play a key role in driving commercial insight and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:- Support the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Assist in developing scenario models and long-term financial plans.
- Provide timely updates and insights on financial performance versus plan.
- Produce high-quality monthly reporting packs for senior leadership.
- Analyse financial results, identify trends, and explain key variances.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to support operational and strategic insight.
- Work closely with commercial, operational, and strategic teams to provide financial guidance.
- Act as a trusted adviser to non-financial stakeholders, translating data into meaningful insights.
- streamlined reporting processes.
- Newly qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA (or equivalent).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to build financial models and manipulate complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying financial information to non-financial audiences.
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience producing high-quality financial analysis (practice or industry).
- Competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum + bonus depending on experience.
