Job DescriptionAs a Processing Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating enquiries that come into the Corporate Lending team for loan applications. You will work with the wider Corporate Lending team to support in managing all administrative and operational tasks, which are required in order to make a 1st stage approval for the application.
As a Processing Executive, we are looking for someone to:
- Review and process corporate loan applications, ensuring all required information and documentation are complete and accurate
- Verify client information, and process application details on the required loan operating system, to ensure compliance with internal requirements
- Work closely with Corporate Sales Managers to gather any additional documentation or clarify details needed for loan processing and approval
- Deliver best-in-class service to our corporate clients, prioritising their needs and satisfaction
- Manage and maintain sales enquiries on the Customer Record Management (CRM) to enable effective workflow management
- Oversee CLT inbox management and process information against the appropriate CRM record
- Provide administrative support for Completion Managers, Sales channels, and Customer Case Managers including in any post funding requirements
Essential
- Some experience in loan processing, loan administration, or a related role in lending or banking
- Familiarity with loan products, documentation, and regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC, AML)
- Understanding of loan management software and systems
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple loan files simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Effective communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
