Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker – Stoke-on-Trent

Cameron James Professional Recruitment is recruiting for a motivated Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker to join a successful mortgage brokerage in Stoke-on-Trent.

This is an excellent opportunity to launch a long-term career in financial services with full training, strong lead flow, and clear progression into a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor role.

Location:

Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire
Salary:
Up to £25,000 basic (including car allowance)
Guarantee: £500 per month for 6 months
OTE: £45,000 Year 1 | £65,000+ thereafter
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

The Role:

You will receive structured training to become a successful Mortgage Advisor, guiding clients through the mortgage process, conducting fact-finds, sourcing suitable mortgage products, submitting applications, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Duties:

* Conduct client fact-finds and initial consultation

* Research and recommend mortgage products

* Submit and manage mortgage applications

* Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents

* Achieve sales and performance targets

* Deliver excellent customer service

Requirements:

* CeMAP 1 qualified (or equivalent)

* Sales or customer service experience

* Full UK driving licence

* Clean credit history

* Lives within commuting distance of Stoke-on-Trent

* Ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn

Package:

* Basic salary up to £25,000
