Weโ€™re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Finance Administrator to join our Finance team. In this role, youโ€™ll be responsible for managing the sales invoicing process, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the Finance & Procurement Manager with day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and issue sales invoices in line with customer requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of sales receipts and reconcile customer accounts
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer and internal finance queries
  • Monitor debtor accounts, issue statements, and follow up on overdue payments
  • Provide regular sales updates and assist with reporting for leadership
  • Support the wider finance team with administrative tasks as needed

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to the smooth running of a growing finance function.

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Experience using Sage Accounts (or similar accounting software)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with great customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
