We’re hiring a Senior Complex Systems Engineer to join our Digital Systems Assurance team. If you secure this role, you’ll contribute to nationally significant programmes, work with the latest safety‑critical systems, and grow your impact as a trusted technical leader.

- Guide clients through regulatory standards (e.g. ARP
4754A, DO‑178C, DO‑254) - Apply MBSE and architecture modelling to support design and assurance strategies
- Engage senior stakeholders to define and deliver effective solutions
- Contribute to business development and major national programmes
- Experience developing or assuring safety‑critical systems (typically software and / or hardware in aerospace, defence, or similar)
- Knowledge of standards such as ARP
4754A, DO‑178C, DO‑254, DO‑326A, IEC 61508, or MOD DEF STANs - Solid systems thinking and experience with MBSE tools (e.g. Cameo, Sparx EA, SysML/UML)
- Clear communication skills and a strategic mindset
- CEng (or working towards) / ESEP / CSEP
- Relevant engineering or technical degree
- Experience with MOD acquisition frameworks or OEM/Prime environments
- Engineering consultancy background or experience
