Design Engineer

Design Engineer / Tekla Design Engineer / CAD Engineer / Product Development Engineer Design Engineer required to join a steel and fabrication company based in Stoke on Trent. We have an exciting opportunity for Design Engineers to join an established company within the construction industry. Due to company growth, this multi site business is looking for a Design Engineer to join their growing design team based in Stoke on Trent This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile design projects with industry leaders, and work for an organization who values and supports their staff.

Package: £35,000 to £45,000 dependant on experience. Fully onsite role based in Stoke on Trent Free onsite parking Pension contribution 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) The Design Engineer role:
Produce 3D models and drawings using Tekla. Liaise with different members of the business, including engineers, fabricators and project managers. Ensure that the designs comply with safety regulations and industry standards, as well as meeting client requirements. Assist with delivering projects in a timely manner adhering to a high standard. The ideal Design Engineer:
Previous experience as a Design Engineer, Tekla Design Engineer, CAD Engineer, Product Development Engineer or other design based roles.

Experience with Design software, including Tekla, Solidworks or Autocad (Tekla is preferred but not essential) A background in bulk material handling or quarry plant design. Steel detailing/ Fabrication experience Must be commutable to Stoke on Trent
