Pay: £100 - £135 per day (depending on experience)

Teaching Personnel are seeking confident and adaptable individuals to support secondary and primary schools working with pupils with SEMH or challenging behaviours.
You’ll provide supervision, classroom support, and positive role modelling, helping pupils engage and learn in a safe and structured environment.
- Support classroom management and engagement
- Assist pupils with SEMH or challenging behaviours
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Provide flexible day-to-day cover across subjects and year groups
- Maintain a positive and structured learning environment
- Confident, calm, and proactive
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, resilient, and adaptable - Experience working with young people (teaching, mentoring, youth work, or similar)
- DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
