Teaching Personnel are looking for confident and resilient Sports Coaches to support specialist and behaviour-focused schools across Stoke and Staffordshire.

This role is ideal for individuals who bring energy, leadership and strong behaviour management skills. You’ll be working closely with young people who benefit from structure, positive role models and consistent support throughout the school day.

• Support pupils within small group and classroom settings
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement
• Build strong, professional relationships with students and staff
• Provide day-to-day support across specialist provisions and behaviour schools
• Act as a positive role model within the school environment

• Confident, calm and consistent individuals
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Resilient and able to manage challenging behaviour
• Experience working with young people (coaching, mentoring, youth work or similar)
• DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
