Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Are you passionate about pupil academics and social development? Do you have the patience, empathy, and drive to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), trauma, anxiety, and complex behavioural needs? If so, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide tailored support to pupils with ASD, trauma, anxiety, and behavioural challenges, helping them develop essential life and learning skills.
  • Work alongside a team of dedicated professionals to create personalised behaviour strategies and Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that suit each pupil’s needs.
  • Help students build positive relationships and encourage a sense of belonging and self‑worth within the school environment.
  • Work closely with pupils to help them overcome challenges and develop the resilience and confidence they need to succeed academically and socially.
  • Promote positive behaviour using creative, engaging techniques and strategies designed to keep students motivated and on track.
