We are seeking 3 motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to become part of our large, collaborative team. This role requires confidence in working with young people with SEND, a strong understanding of effective practice, and a creative, flexible approach. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential, as is a genuine passion for helping students thrive both in college and in the wider community through enrichment and work experience opportunities.
