We are looking to appoint an Attendance Officer who will monitor and improve student attendance. Your organised and methodical approach will enable you to track attendance and punctuality, highlighting areas of concern and acting upon this.
ResponsibilitiesMonitor and improve student attendance, track attendance and punctuality, identify problems, act upon them, prioritise workload, work well within a team and independently, build relationships with children and adults, demonstrate patience, sense of humour, and involvement in school life.
QualificationsExperience in a similar role, understanding of the legislation and statutory framework around school attendance, strong organisational and methodological skills, ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
