Inclusive Learning Manager (The City of Stoke on Trent Sixth Form College)

Stoke on Trent Sixth Form College, part of The Potteries Educational Trust, is a growing Multi Academy Trust. We work collaboratively with educational institutions across Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, and beyond, seeking to improve outcomes for all children and young people in the region. The Trust delivers high quality parental engagement, pastoral support and the pooling of resources and expertise to achieve outstanding learning experiences and outcomes.

We are looking for a passionate SENCo to drive outstanding SEND provision and make a lasting impact on learners with additional needs.

• Continue to evaluate and develop the College’s SEND practice
• Support and train staff across the College
• Oversee EHCPs and provide interventions so all students succeed
• Manage Learning Support Assistants and champion inclusive teaching
• Work with students, families and external agencies
• Teach, inspire and ensure every learner thrives
