Position available in the Hotels at the Alton Towers Resort, Stoke‑On‑Trent, United Kingdom.

In this customer‑facing role, you will be the first people to interact with guests before they enter our waterpark or golf attractions. You will be responsible for:

• Making a great first impression and maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Taking ownership of any guest issues, cash handling and key management.
• Ensuring relevant guest information is passed to the correct department.
• Collaborating with the Leisure Reception team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Compensation between GBP £7.55/hr – £12.21/hr.
