Salary: £51,500 per annum + £7,500 welcome bonus
Working Hour: Full Time
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs | EBD, Trauma, SEMH, CSE, CCE
Qualifications
Required:
- Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young People’s Workforce
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Residential Children’s Services (or willingness to complete)
Experience in Years
Required:
Extensive experience in children’s residential care management

Who we are looking for…An experienced and passionate Registered Manager who can lead a children’s residential home with confidence, care, and compliance at the forefront.
You will be responsible for creating a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where children and young people can achieve positive outcomes that are meaningful to them. You will ensure full compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations, inspire and lead a motivated staff team, manage budgets and resources effectively, and work collaboratively with external professionals to safeguard and promote the wellbeing of young people.
