We are seeking a confident, resilient and motivated Team Leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care to children and young people.
You will:
Lead shifts and support staff to deliver consistent, high-quality care
Act as a role model and provide supervision, guidance and mentoring
Support care planning, reviews and risk management
Promote safeguarding and ensure policies and procedures are followed
Support the Registered Manager with daily operations and standards
Build strong relationships with professionals, families and agencies
Support staff development, training and inductions
Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation
Work flexibly, including weekends and sleep-ins

Medium-sized organisation with multiple children’s homes
