Position: Business Development & Partnerships Manager (B2B Workwear & Uniform Contracts)

Overview

Elite Logos 4U is an established embroidery and branded workwear business based in Stoke‑on‑Trent, supplying uniforms to trades, commercial businesses, clubs, and organisations across Staffordshire. We are now entering the next phase of growth and seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Manager to build long‑term B2B relationships and secure recurring uniform contracts with facilities management companies, construction firms, care home groups, recruitment agencies, and other operational businesses.

This is a strategic, relationship‑driven position focused on winning medium‑to‑large uniform accounts and partnership agreements. Success means building a consistent pipeline of partnership opportunities and securing contracts that drive predictable monthly revenue growth. The role reports directly to the business owner and will play a key part in scaling Elite Logos 4U over the next 3–5 years.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach target businesses, including facilities management companies, construction firms, care providers, and recruitment agencies.
  • Develop strategic partnerships that generate recurring uniform and branded workwear contracts.
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, Linked In, and in‑person meetings.
  • Present uniform partnership solutions tailored to operational businesses.
  • Build and manage a structured pipeline of prospects and track activity.
  • Negotiate pricing and partnership terms aligned with company margins.
  • Work closely with production to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with key decision‑makers to increase account value.
  • Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly growth targets.
What Success Looks Like
  • Securing 1–2 new medium‑sized partnership accounts per month.
  • Building a pipeline of qualified B2B prospects.
  • Generating predictable recurring revenue from uniform contracts.
  • Establishing Elite Logos 4U as a trusted uniform partner across Staffordshire.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Confident communicating with directors, operations managers, and business owners.
  • Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
  • Self‑motivated and target‑driven.
  • Experience in facilities management, recruitment, construction services, print, or workwear is advantageous.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
