Recruitment Consultant

Earnings: £30-40k base with circa £125k OTE

We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant to drive new business and existing client sales development.

You will be required to drive yourself to meet your targets whilst developing client relationships across all accounts.

• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies for growth
• Identification for new business opportunities through utilising our strong network and market experience
• Meeting and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
  
  Provision of a high standard of client care across a client portfolio
• UK travel to meet with strategic clients and key stakeholders
• Ability to grow existing business and develop new accounts

You will need to have a track-record of success within a recruitment environment (ideally IT but other categories will be strongly considered) and be able to demonstrate:

• Drive to succeed in a competitive marketplace
• Passion for achieving and surpassing targets
• A track record of providing outstanding customer care
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• A proven track record of managing a team/recruiters for multiple clients
• Capability to work professionally as part of a vibrant, energetic recruitment team
