JOB OVERVIEW

Project Coordinator / Project Support Officer

An exciting opportunity to support customer-focused branding and visual communication projects in a busy project delivery environment. You will coordinate internal teams, schedules, and materials to ensure high-quality delivery and excellent customer service.

DUTIES
  • Customer Requirements Coordination: Work with project managers to fully understand customer needs and project specifications.
  • Client Liaison: Manage day‑to‑day communication with customers to support service delivery and expectations.
  • Internal

    Collaboration:

    Coordinate with internal departments to support project delivery and customer experience.
  • Issue Management: Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate where appropriate.
  • Project Scoping: Use product and material knowledge to support installation and labour requirements.
  • Programme Support: Coordinate elements of complex programmes of work.
  • Problem Solving: Apply structured problem‑solving techniques to resolve issues effectively.
  • Project Tracking: Monitor deliverables, budgets and deadlines and flag discrepancies.
  • Sales Support: Identify cross‑selling opportunities and pass leads to the sales team.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous experience in a project coordination or project support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work across multiple departments.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive and customer‑focused approach.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience with in a branding, graphics or visual communications environment.
  • Awareness of health and safety requirements.
  • Experience supporting complex or multi‑site projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
